Ongoing Care

We stay involved after your fitting to monitor your progress, fine-tune your device, and make sure you are sleeping better for the long term.

How we care

What's Next?

You have your device and you are sleeping better. Here is what comes next with Dr. Urich and the GNSD team.

Your first follow-up visit is scheduled within the first 30 days. Dr. Urich checks how your device is fitting and how you are responding to treatment. If adjustments are needed, he handles them on the spot. This visit is included in your initial fee.

After your first month, follow-up appointments are available at $50 per visit. These appointments are an opportunity to fine-tune your device and address anything that has changed. Sleep apnea treatment is not always a straight line, and Dr. Urich stays involved to make sure your results hold up over time.

If at any point during your first 30 days you are not satisfied with your results, return your device for a full refund. No questions asked.

Our goal is simple. We want you sleeping better for the long term. Whether that means one follow-up or several, Dr. Urich and the GNSD team are here for the full journey.

Elderly health checkups with a physician or psychiatrist who works with patients who are consulted about female or psychiatric diagnosis in a medical clinic or hospital mental health service.

The Steps

How Does Ongoing Care Work?

After your fitting, Dr. Urich and the GNSD team stay involved at every stage. We schedule your follow-ups, make adjustments as needed, and make sure your results hold up over time.

Step 1: Your 30-Day Follow-Up

Dr. Urich schedules your first follow-up within the first 30 days. He checks how your device is fitting and how you are responding to treatment. This visit is included in your initial fee.

Step 2: Adjustments as Needed

If your device needs fine-tuning, Dr. Urich handles it on the spot. No new molds and no lab delays. After your first month, follow-up appointments are $50 per visit.

Step 3: Long-Term Support

Dr. Urich stays involved for as long as you need. If your situation changes or your device needs attention, we are here. And if you are not satisfied within your first 30 days, you get a full refund.
